These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of digital products and services provided by Igor Donkov s.p. ("Seller", "we", "us", or "our"). This includes e-books, digital downloads, software, and SaaS applications. By purchasing or using any of our products or services, you agree to these Terms.

3. Digital Products (E-books and Downloads)
When purchasing digital products such as e-books:
You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license for your own use.
You may not copy, share, resell, distribute, or publish the content without prior written permission.
Products are delivered immediately after successful payment.
4. SaaS and Software Services
When using our SaaS applications or software services:
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service in accordance with the specific terms provided at signup or in the product documentation.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse engineer it, or use it for illegal purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access in case of violation of these Terms or abusive behavior.
5. Payment Processing
All payments are processed securely by our Merchant of Record, Creem (Armitage Labs OÜ). By purchasing our products, you also agree to Creem’s terms and privacy policies regarding payment processing.
6. Immediate Delivery and Right of Withdrawal
Digital products and services are delivered or made accessible immediately after payment. By starting the download or accessing the digital content, you explicitly consent to the immediate performance of the contract and acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory right of withdrawal. However, we voluntarily offer a 14-day commercial refund guarantee, as detailed in Section 7.
7. Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on our digital products. 8. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, and materials provided by us remain the exclusive intellectual property of Igor Donkov s.p. or its licensors. You do not acquire any ownership rights by purchasing or using our products or services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Igor Donkov s.p. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Slovenia. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in Slovenia.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page. Your continued use of our products or services after changes have been made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
